Jay Mladjen (the owner) is one of the best contractors that I have ever had the pleasure of working with either professionally or when having work completed on my home. He is customer service oriented, a capable problem-solver, an expert in his field, and a pleasant person. We had a large EP Henry paver floor installed for our new front porch (including a retaining wall), steps, flower beds, and a sidewalk. The finished product exceeds our expectations and is the envy of our neighbors. Langhorne Construction did an excellent job on my stone work project. I had three stone walls re-pointed and had blue stone caps placed on the walls. They were prompt and thorough in submitting the bid and the pricing was very competitive. They listened to my requirements and made adjustments based on how my needs changed. Langhorne completed the job on a timely basis in spite of very unfavorable weather conditions. The workmanship was excellent. They also offered a warranty that others did not offer. We are very impressed with the quality of work that they did over the course of 3 weeks. They took our existing front patio and walkway & upgraded it to a world class walkway with EP Henry Stone. Also, they replaced our front step and made it a safe sturdy & attractive step, & replaced brick with curbstones. One of our favorite parts about Langhorne Construction Company is that we didn't have to follow up to remind them to do ANYTHING they did EVERYTHING before we even asked. These men worked extremely hard in the RAIN and STORMS to finish our project. We plan on using them for our back patio in the Spring, and recommend them to EVERYONE!!!!!!

Jay came out and gave me a fair estimate for the work that I wanted done. He listened to my needs. He started the job when he stated he would start.
